Terms of Service

By accessing or using any part of the Ethereal Sciences Academy (ESA) platform — including esciences.academy and esciencesacademy.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. ESA is operated by AO2 IT LLC, a California limited liability company.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any ESA program or purchase any credential. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement. ESA reserves the right to terminate access for any account that misrepresents eligibility.

Upon completing a purchase and intake, you will be granted access to the course materials associated with your enrolled credential. Access is lifetime — there are no subscription renewals or expiration dates on completed enrollments. ESA reserves the right to update, revise, or supplement course materials at any time.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or allow others to access your enrolled courses through your account.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. ESA charges a one-time payment per credential — there are no recurring fees or hidden charges associated with standard enrollment.

Refund Window: ESA offers a 7-day satisfaction window from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied and have not completed more than one module, contact us at contact@esciences.academy within that window and we will process a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 7 days or after completion of more than one module.

ESA credentials — including the AI Micro Certificate™, Paranormal Micro Certificate™, Foundation Certificate, Master Certificate of Advanced Study (MCAS), and Metadegree™ — are issued upon meeting the passing threshold for all required assessments in the enrolled program.

ESA is an independent institution and does not hold regional or national academic accreditation. Credentials issued by ESA represent completion of a structured, assessed program of study and do not constitute accredited degrees. The terms Metadegree™ and AI Micro Certificate™ are proprietary marks of AO2 IT LLC.

All issued credentials include a unique verification code publicly verifiable at esciencesacademy.com/verify.

ESA assessments are monitored by GuardIQ, ESA's assessment integrity system. Students are expected to complete all assessments independently. Any evidence of academic dishonesty — including unauthorized assistance, sharing of assessment content, or impersonation — may result in immediate revocation of access and invalidation of any issued credentials without refund.

Enrolled students receive access to RewriteNaturally and Prompt Lab as part of their enrollment. Usage is subject to fair use limits (100 rewrites/prompts per month per enrolled student). ESA reserves the right to adjust tool availability, limits, or features with notice.

All ESA course content, materials, assessments, credential designs, and platform features are the intellectual property of AO2 IT LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ESA content without prior written permission.

The following are registered or pending marks of AO2 IT LLC: Metadegree™, AI Micro Certificate™, Sentinel-21™, LLMCore™, GuardIQ™, RewriteNaturally™, and Prompt Lab™.

ESA courses are provided for educational purposes only. The disciplines taught — including metaphysics, parapsychology, paranormal investigation, UAP and NHI research, theology, and AI ethics — involve subjects that exist at the boundaries of conventional academic consensus. ESA does not make claims about the scientific validity of any particular phenomenon beyond what is supported by existing research and field investigation.

ESA content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AO2 IT LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.

ESA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email.
